More stock market question?

Hey i am still interested in investing in stocks however i have a few more questions:

1)if i open a saving account how much money should i put in there before i start investing in stocks?

2)if i have less then $100 in stock will a stock broker not even deal with me?

3) a guy rang me up me up and told me he could tell me what stocks to buy and he would do this for $50 is this good?

4)i need a stock broker which will buy and sell my stocks for me…a friend told me he found a site which offers stock brokers and one said “flat rate $30″ what does this mean?

5)if i am looking into getting a stock broker what will i have to pay?
- how much per year for their service?
- is there an extra fee in buying and selling stocks?

      The big companies like ge or microsoft youll need at minumum 500 to buy some stock for new accounts id go with the long run.
      An internet broker like etrade do little reasearch you dont need to pay an internet broker like ge or microsoft youll make little money in the long run.
