What are you supposed to do with your 401k after you leave your employer?Rollover 401K into a Roth IRA?????????How to request 401k rollover from a very old employer? Is there any advantage to rolling my 401k into a rollover IRA instead of my existing traditional IRA?401k rollover loss?401K- Rollover or withdrawal? Can I maintain Two 401k plans?

That depends on what you want to invest in - you need to decide that first. If you want mutual funds, go direct to a mutual funds house like Vanguard or T. Rowe Price. If you want to buy stocks or ETFs, use a brokerage.
