How much of a lump sum is my retirement worth?

This has to do with my son wanting to withdraw his retirement at some point. I need to figure out what MY retirement is worth, as an example. With 3% interest, how much of a lump sum of savings would be required to generate 30,000 a year for 25 years? It is easy to figure out how much will be paid out (30K*25) but I am wanting to know how much money would have to be saved to generate the 30K.
